The Foundation for National Parks & Wildlife is seeking expressions of interest from qualified contractors competent to deliver any one or more of these activities. We are ideally seeking contractors who are able to co-ordinate a number of these activities under one contract.
- Community engagement
- Botanical investigation, ecological survey, and planning, implementation and monitoring of ecosystem restoration works.
- Design, delivery and evaluation of training and workshops
- Production of educational resource materials relating to bush regeneration, revegetation planting, and the protection and maintenance of ecological restoration sites
Expressions of Interest must address all the following selection criteria by filling in this online expression of interest form. Successful applicants will be placed on our preferred contractors list and work will be allocated to preferred contractors on a project by project basis depending upon their suitability for type of work required. SELECTION CRITERIA
Community engagement
- Suitability of relevant qualifications and demonstrated experience in engaging landholders and community groups in community based natural resource management initiatives in your region.
- Excellent communication and partnership building skills, particularly when collaborating with private landholders, land managers, community groups and government agencies.
- Current certificate of public liability insurance to the value of $20 million; current certificate of personal accident insurance; current certificate of comprehensive vehicle insurance; and detailed evidence of compliance with WH&S requirements.
- Value for money as demonstrated by the fee schedule to be submitted with this application.
- Extent of experience detailed in your uploaded resume.
- Quality of professional references from two referees contactable by phone.

- Suitability of relevant qualifications and demonstrated experience in botanical investigation, ecological survey, and the planning, implementation of monitoring of ecosystem restoration works.
- Demonstrated understanding of best practice seed collection, local provenance plant propagation, bush regeneration techniques, revegetation planting methodologies, and site maintenance requirements applicable to vegetation types in your region.
- Excellent communication and partnership building skills, particularly when collaborating with private landholders, land managers, community groups and government agencies.

- Demonstrated experience in the planning, delivery and evaluation of workshops to build the capacity of private landholders and land managers engaged in natural resource management and ecological restoration, including best practice seed collection, local provenance plant propagation, bush regeneration techniques, revegetation planting methodologies, and site maintenance requirements applicable to vegetation types in your region.

- Demonstrated experience developing content and overseeing the production of printed and digital education material regarding natural resource management and ecological restoration.

- Quality of portfolio of prior work submitted with the EOI. This can be of work you have co-ordinated and overseen, for example that completed together with a graphic designer.
- Current certificate of public liability insurance to the value of $20 million.
