FNPW stands for Foundation for National Parks & Wildlife.

FNPW is a non-government, non-advocacy organisation. We are the charity partner of national parks and wildlife services across Australia.

FNPW operates in partnership with governments, businesses, communities and individuals like you.

For over 50 years, FNPW’s conservation efforts, in partnerships with scientists, community and indigenous groups, individuals, and government agencies, along with our amazing supporters, has protected our land and species for future generations.

The FNPW head office is located in Sydney, NSW, but we work with partners across all states and territories.

Thank you. If you’d like to leave a bequest gift to FNPW in your Will, it’s really helpful if you contact us to share your intentions. It means we can keep our records up to date, and thank you for remembering us and for leaving a lasting legacy. Receipts for online donations should be received automatically and issued within 2-3 business days upon receipt if made by post.

If you have signed up as a Habitat Hero monthly donor, you will receive an automatic receipt for your first donation at the time of enrollment. All subsequent monthly donations will be sent in one annual receipt at the end of the financial year in July.

FNPW offers corporate volunteering days but these may be affected by COVID-19 related restrictions. If you are interested in corporate volunteering, please contact us to register your interest.

For individual volunteer opportunities, we encourage you to contact your nearest national park since many have a Friends of Parks group or local Landcare group, as there might be volunteer opportunities with them or with Conservation Volunteers Australia.

Yes, thank you. If you would like to make the donation in honour of someone select the “Is this donation a tribute?” option on the donate page and then you can enter the details of who the donation is in honour of and write a personal message (optional). Additionally, if you would like to notify someone of your tribute donation, please provide the required contact details, or you can put your contact details in this field for the notification to be sent to you directly.

Yes. All donations of $2 or more are tax deductible within Australia only.

The FNPW Board sets a requirement for funds raised on campaign donations to have a maximum administration cost of 30%.

Thank you for becoming a Habitat Hero! Your first donation will be processed immediately when you enroll. Your subsequent donations will be processed monthly on or around the date of your first donation taking into account that donations are processed on business days only.
