Corporate Volunteering in Adelaide, SA

The cost is $3,500 + GST for a group of 10–20 people. This amount is fully tax-deductible and directly funds our projects across Australia.

If catering is required at NSW National Parks, the cost is $3,700 + GST (also tax-deductible).

The participation fee covers all necessary arrangements to provide a safe, educational, and impactful volunteering experience:

• Materials: Native plants, seeds, and other materials essential for restoration projects.
• Insurance & Permits: Comprehensive coverage and necessary approvals for all activities.
• Educational Briefings: Information sessions on local ecosystems, conservation efforts, and the significance of the work being undertaken.

Corporate Volunteering is paid for due to its substantial coordination, resource allocation and cost recovery. Companies invest in these experiences to foster team cohesion, provide meaningful engagement, and develop employees' connection to nature. Additionally, it supports alignment with CSR/ESG goals, which helps to enhance Corporates’ brand reputation and contribute to their sustainability initiatives. This experience is a strategic investment in both employee development and environmental impact.

Group sizes for corporate volunteering with FNPW are kept small to enhance hands-on participation, foster a deeper connection to the environment and facilitate a better learning opportunity. Smaller groups ensure efficient coordination, meaningful contributions from every participant, and ease in logistical arrangements, ensuring each volunteer has a relevant, educational, and impactful experience in conservation efforts. 

We require 21 days’ prior notice to arrange a corporate volunteering day.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free volunteer work. As a charity, we rely on donations and corporate volunteering events to help fund vital programs across Australia.

Corporate days run on weekdays only, approximately 9:00 am – 1:30/2:00 pm (timings vary by state):

NSW: 9:30am – 2:00pm

VIC: 9:30am – 2:00pm

QLD: 8:30am – 2:00pm

SA: 9:30am – 2:30pm

WA: 9:30am – 2:30pm

No, we do not run corporate volunteering events on weekends.

Yes, we can arrange half-day sessions (3 hours) and groups of fewer than 10 people. However, the cost of the day remains $3,500 + GST. Smaller groups may be combined with other corporate teams.

Yes, all equipment required for the activities is provided on the day.

Yes, catering is included. For NSW National Parks sites, if catering is required, the total cost is $3,700 + GST.

If extreme weather or unsafe conditions arise, FNPW and Rangers will notify you as soon as possible of any postponement.

If you decide to cancel for other reasons, the following fees apply:

21+ days: 0% cancellation fee

8–20 days: 25% cancellation fee

4–7 days: 50% cancellation fee

0–3 days: 100% cancellation fee

Tree planting corporate volunteering can only occur at certain times of the year, typically from June to September, and varies by location. Tree planting is less common in sites closer to the CBD. While tree planting may not always be an option, there are other impactful activities available, such as supporting recovery nurseries and participating in restoration sessions in national parks. These activities provide hands-on educational experiences, contribute to environmental resilience and support local ecosystems.
